The app itself

YourSafeSpend does not connect to your bank account and does not use any AI agent to read your transactions. The bills and balance you enter are stored locally in your own browser. They are not sent to our servers, and we do not have access to them.

Because your data lives in your browser, clearing your browser data or switching devices will remove it. That's a tradeoff of keeping everything local and private, and we'd rather be upfront about it than surprise you later.

Cookies and analytics

Pages on this site, particularly the blog, may use cookies for basic analytics and to serve ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

Payments

If you purchase YourSafeSpend, checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your payment information directly. We do not see or store your card details. Their handling of your data is governed by Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't share your bill or balance data with anyone, because we never have it in the first place.
• We don't connect to your bank or any financial account.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
